Affordable, personalized computer training

 Kaizen Computing

Kaizen is from Japanese meaning to improve in manageable steps in order to keep moving steadily ahead. Computers can be overwhelming - my approach to computer training is to involve learners in the discovery of sensible learning objectives that build knowledge towards understanding  - one step at a time.

 TRAINING AVAILABLE:

  • Introduction to Computers:  basics for those just learning how to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse
  • Windows Basics:  learning efficient techniques for navigating within the Windows operating systems
  • Word Processing: beginner, intermediate, and advanced trainings in the use of familiar Word Processing applications.
  • Spreadsheet Processing:  beginner, intermediate, and advanced trainings in the use of familiar spreadsheet programs.
  • Custom training for your specific needs is also available.

Recommendations:

For those learners 50 and over, explore the information and courses available through SeniorNet (www.seniornet.org).  There are local, inexpensive trainings available through this organization.
